To: Don Pentecost
Date: October 29, 2011
Hello Don,
by all means, no problem whatsoever !
Don, Please feel free to use our names (MRS / Molitor Racing Systems, Karsten Molitor, Pieter Slinger and or PWS Consultancy) for promotional purposes. You may also use the MRS web link and details / content from this website, should you think this might help in your quest to acquire the necessary funding.*
Note: Please don’t forget to add to your budget extra costs such as travel (flights, hotels, rental-cars etc. and race-gear), additional testing, other race-events you might want to add to our race-program.
As soon as we receive further information from Porsche regarding the 2012 race-dates, we will forward this to you.
FYI: PMSC (Porsche Mobil1 Super Cup) will be following the 2012 European F1 races and one (double-header) race-meeting outside Europe.
PCCD (Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland) will be part of the 2012 DTM (German Touring Championship).
As soon as both the F1 and DTM race-calendars will be confirmed by the FIA, the Porsche race-dates will be known as well !
Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me !
Best regards,
Pieter
* In the next few days I will send you some further, detailed information from Porsche regarding the 2011 PMSC and PCCD series. This way you will already have some inside information regarding opportunities for investors and or sponsors.

The following budget is the final edition. It replaces all other budgets posted, and is very specific concerning the type of motorsports that we will be involved with.
Two of the big differences between our motorsport team, and any other team, is that we offer 1) An ethical alternative to future sponsor chasing efforts that will repay the original investor. Not naming any team in particular, or any type of racing in particular, but “sponsor chasing” can involve very lavish parties, providing women (or men) for company executives, etc.
We will offer an ethical (moral) alternative to sponsor chasing , with approximately 20% of the racing budget directed towards established, accountable non-profit charity groups.
2) As partial (or full) collateral, we offer my alternative-renewable energy invention which is already included in the budget, and should be manufacturing-ready for $8million USD. This invention could revolutionize the energy industry, especially for all types of transportation, household and industrial needs. The potential ROI could be in the range of 100+ Billion USD
2012-2017 Car Road Racing (Porsche 911 GT3) funding has not been established yet, but we are already planning for the future. If all goes as expected, we will be hiring for the following positions.
Please send a brief description (outline) of your experience and job objective.
Full resume and college degree are not required. It is important that you have “real world”, experience working for employers where a job application is required. regardless what positiion you are applying, I want to see where you have worked as a truck driver, or in construction, (for example), and have gained real world experience. Having a degree, ior you have been involved in motorsports because you have wealthy parents doesn’t impress me.
Have you worked at a real job ?
Email; visionn2action@yahoo.com and type “motorsport employment” in the subject line. All other emails are deleted without being read.
The team will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
I will repeat that my discussion concerning possible motorsport employment is based on acquiring the (future)necessary funding for this start-up.
No offer of employment is offered or implied.
I also nee to mention that after 2013 (if all goes as planned), we will be focused on a transition to Formula 1.

Figures on Pie Chart are listed in “Millions” General Overhead (Bldg. Lease 5 years, Tools, Equipment. Etc. is 23 Million USD, and so on.
One of the unique aspects of this motorsport budget is that rather than submitting a “business plan” on paper, I will present a 5 year (VERY DETAILED) budget that takes into account the small items that add up…right down to cleaning supplies and toilet paper !
Most business plans that I have seen aren’t worth the paper that they are printed on. The owner has no real concept of the funding that is really required.
I need a 5 year sponsorship commitment up front, for the stability of the future team and for the commitment of the personnel involved. No one can put 100% into a team effort when the future (funding) is unstable.
If you can fund this (future) World Championship Team, please contact Don Pentecost @ 480-686-2125. I reside in the Scottsdale, Arizona (USA) area. I do not need to talk to any “posers” or wanna be investors, etc…You can also email me @ visionn2action@yahoo.com , and make sure that you put ” motorsport investor” in the subject line, or it will be instantly deleted.
A very unique aspect concerning the fundamental principles of the team is 1) That we actually promote (moral and ethical) principles in motorsports.
2) We do not promote “sponsor-chasing” using lavish, “wine and dine” parties and V.I.P. “perks”.
If reported figures are correct, some Formula 1 teams have spent $80 Million USD or more for “sponsor-chasing”…and it’s pretty much directed at whatever “vice” or weakness that the potential sponsor is involved in..We believe that the money can be better spent on reputable charities that have accountability.
The motorsport (car racing) budget for 2012-2017 is $89.9 Million USD.
The first 2 years will be spent in the start-up stage, and road racing. ( I would
prefer Porsche GT3, as being the most cost-effective vs. race results).
The road racing stage will be domestic (u.s.-based), and will also include transitioning
to Formula 1 (F-1), after the first 2 years.
This motorsport budget will include the primary team owner as sole proprietor.
The team owner will have the option of allowing additional sponsors-investors to “come
on board” , to off-set some of the costs, and/or completely pay for the team with (possible)
substantial return on investment.
Once the transition into Formula 1 is complete, the team will be the premier American Formula 1
effort (with a focus on winning, not just to qualify).
* The team will have a unique, ” racing with a purpose” focus. See ethical sponsor chasing listed above.
* Primary, (and only) driver, Don Pentecost.
* Extremely cost-effective budget management.
* Proven team members without having a “cookie-cutter” mentality.
* Funding is the deciding factor, not the individual ability of team members.
* Individual ability only becomes a deciding factor when the funding is equal.
* If you are interested in funding this start-up team, please contact Don Pentecost visionn2action@yahoo.com . You must have “Interested in Sponsorship” in the subject title, or your email will be deleted without being read. This is U.S. based in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.
* Possible “collateral” for funding this team is my invention for alternative-renewable energy, which would revolutionize the energy industry, especially as it is related to transportation.
I have no affiliation with the Formula 1 team in the photo.

You get the idea, I hope. No one is out there that is putting the time and effort (without the funding) saying that they can be the best driver in the world (and can back up the claims, if given the chance)…there’s a reason for this. I know it’s true !
